Selamat Hari Raya~

First and foremost,

I wish all Muslim a wonderful Eid celebration wherever you are. I seek forgiveness to all who I had offended in any way.

But serious to say, I am in no mood for Raya this year. Not because of the coming GCE O Level this year, but something else...

My new fiction : My Story ; My Life
Take a look at least, okie? Reviews and criticisms are welcome!

Last of the last

I promise myself that today would be the last I go online or using the laptop. After this, probably once a week or zilch (zero). And I hate to put up the "hiatus" flag.

O Levels are coming in about a month (minus sleeping time, eating time, pondering time, etc.. the list goes on, doesn't it?) I am, serious to say, half prepared with some of the subjects.

I had been in distress mode lately. It's like thinking about the fate of myself after O levels is terrifying. What if I didn't do well and ended up on a path that I might not like? At first maybe diploma would do good but after reflecting on my childhood, A Levels is where I want to go.

Surely I need kill my ass off for O Levels

So many thoughts and doubts just keep on bombarding my brain. If only I can just remove all of them and just focus on the O Levels. My instincts telling me that this year is a road down to hell.

I should forget everything : aznmedia forum which I longed left but will go back, neopets (1 million dollars stashed in bank account~! 10% interest!), Mannequins blog (Even my teacher advised me not to update it...), fiction which had been on HIATUS, youtube where all sorts of my subscription updates, The Movies where I am the 'director' of the game, eveything!!!! Be selfish once in a while.

But I won't leave out these (Okay, maybe I can't forget everything) :

MMMBop Acoustic Version on the Middle of Nowhere 10th Anniversary Concert

Mmm Bop -Live At The Fillmore

I'll miss SO many things and people ;-)

"Bersusah susah dahulu, bersenang senang kemudian"

I'll mmmbop my self all the way!!!!!!

A day at the hospital

Every time when I wanted to post something, it always disappear. But I guess its just me who doesn't know what to post. Well, they are always personal stuffs but best keep it to self, yeah? ;-)

I just came back from the hospital. I must say, BRUNEI needs more doctors and pharmacist!

That time when I was in the blood bank, I saw like 4 - 5 Indian doctors (I think they are all gynecologist). Then today when I was checking at the outpatients, my doctor was Vietnamese or was it from Myanmar? The dispensary area is always crowded, Okay, maybe KB is a small town but I can tell you that hundreds of people everyday are taking medicines back home. Imagine 2 counters with 50+ people waiting to claim their medicines. Even in the blood bank area, the moment 8 o clock strikes, 50+ people will need to get their blood tested. There are only 2 hematologists taking your blood out. Then, the optical areas. (The place where you get your eyes checked, I forgot the name) A lot of people there as well!

Nope, I am not complaining. Yes, I may sound like I am complaining but the core is this : Management. If management is not there, the problems would be even worse. So far, it has been good. A lot of sections had improved. I mean, why should I complain? Thanks to His Majesty that as a resident of this country, we do not need to pay medical or surgery bills. I guess Brunei really need more manpower in the medical field. Locals, especially. But of course, not everyone can work on this field. It really requires guts and good intelligence.

I wanna be a doctor but it all depends how well I can do for my Biology, yeah? (I know some of the Form 5 students are like =_=)

I just realise that it had been SO long since I listen to JPop and JRock and Visual-kei. There's one time when someone (Nope, I am not telling who) thought that he/she is SO good with his/her typical genre of music that this person criticize MY favourite band! I mean, hello??? I started listening to them since my kindergarten years and you, you only started listening to YOUR typical genre when you were in your high school? You know, kindergarten and high school IS A BIG GAP (Totally!!!). So don't think you're SO good in music! I hate to say this but I was quite down a bit. Since it is the fasting month, I forgave you. If you think you're the one, yeah. ( WMP playing "MMMBop by HANSON~!~!" )

Surprises for the day

This morning a good friend of mine texted me. I don't think he'll look at this blog but I was so surprised by it. =) None of my friends know who 'that friend' is but I'll just leave it. Like what Datuk Siti sang, "Biarlah Rahsia..." (My favourite song!)

I checked my results for International Competitions and Assessments for Schools at the website. I am so happy because....

I only slept for 4 hours in total today but I don't feel sleepy. I wonder why... Well, I jammed 'The Movies' like 4 hours until 3am, then power nap for about 30 minutes before I ate morning breakfast.

It's only yesterday I wrote down my homework list.

  • Biology & Physics Past Year
  • Chemistry Pre GCE O Level 2007
  • Additional Maths
  • BM
  • English June 2005

Okay... It may NOT be a lot but I felt like I wanna delay them a liiiiiiitle bit longer...

2/3 Day

Poor Tasmanian Devil today... Feeqa actually stuffed my Tasmanian Devil bag into her bag! lol I didn't notice she did that behind me while I was busy doing Additional Maths. No wonder Feeqa kept on smiling earlier... NO ONE WILL KIDNAP MY TASMANIAN DEVIL!!!!

I went to Pustaka Remaja to buy some stationeries. Wen Yee noticed me at the store. She bought a gift for her teacher.

I can't believe that I spent $9.85 (without tax) on :

  • Soft Plastic Ruler 5"
  • PILOT RexGrip 0.7 Pen
  • PILOT BPS Pen (Just a blue ink pen)
  • 100'S A4 EXAM PAD
  • LION (Rooooooaaaaar) ERASER EXAM
  • CHILDERAN'S STICKER (I wonder how come the shop couldn't spell 'children' right)

I love this G'EARTH Test Pad. The cover read :

"To save our Earth, we must take good care of our environment. Protect all living things. Reduce waste. Re-use and Recycle and always try to purchase recycled products like this one: a4 Examination Pad"

So next time if you're downtown shopping for any examination pad, look for this one. The one with brown cover and green words. Worth your money.

I'm SOOOOO happy that DJ Izan (I know I spell it wrongly) of the Pilihan FM played HANSON's MMMBop for me!!!! Well, it is a track from the 90s. Right now I tried to find their song but it's just SOO difficult!!! Anyone please share me links to Hanson's MMMBop song? :-)

Anyway, I scored 6 'O' and my VERY first time scoring a credit for Additional Maths! (Talking about a year and a half of studying)

I have to redo the whole Japanese report and start the School Leaver's Page.... haiz..

OMG!!! As I was clicking through MSN's Entertainment section, there's this Where Are They Now link. Like, as I was browsing through, there's this 90s band.

I was like, "OMG, they grow a lot! They are now proud daddies!!!" Seriously, the 1st song (and last) was 'MMMBop' (Okay... back then I didn't know the title of this song but I remember all the 'bobs')

This song really brings back my good ol music memories...

MMMBop lyrics

Oh Oh

Oh, Oh

Oh Yeah

You have so many relationships in this life,
But only one or two will last.
You go through all the pain and strife,
Then you turn your back and they're gone so fast.

Oh yeah. And They're gone so fast. yeah

Oh, so hold on to the ones who really care,
In the end they'll be the only ones there.
When you get old and start losing your hair,
Can you tell me who will still care?
Can you tell me who will still care?

Oh, oh yeah, yeah!

2nd Sungkai Buffet

I just came back from WYWY (again...) Met some PJNers but I wonder if they saw me or not...

There were plain rice, fried rice, long beans, fried chicken, buttermilk fish, curry chicken, agar-agar jelly, cakes, fried kue teuw (yummy yummy!), rojak, kurma, etc...

Today, at least I'm not as bloated as yesterday... Still, I cannot digest anything right now...

1st September

Glücklicher Geburtstag Bill und Tom! Ich liebe Bill und Tom Kaulitz!!! :-)

90s music

Saturday night was my 90s night. Seriously, I played all those 90s music CDs.

  • Backstreetboys (Some pirated CDs but it's all the 90s boyband songs)
  • AQUA (1st album -AQUARIUM - 1997)
  • Jennifer Lopez (1st album - On the 6 - 1999)
  • Shania Twain (3rd album - Come On Over - 1997)
  • Westlife (1st album - Westlife - 1999)

"Music knows no boundaries"
quoted by Urs Buhler of Il DIVO

I remembered waaaaaay back to 1996/7 when everytime I come back from kindergarten school, the first channel I would turn to would be MTV. Yeah, MTV, not Cartoon Network.

Then my first boyband and girlband : Backstreet boys and Spice Girls.

I fell in love with Nick (until now, heh) of BSB since their 2nd single, As Long As You Love Me. I dunno why... Maybe because he's that cute, innocent boy that sings the first line of the song. Even until this day, I still sing that song. (By request of my friend, you know who you are, hehe)

Then comes Spice Girl. Girl Power!!! I think the song was Wannabe. "Oh...Tell me what you want, what you really really want..." Haha

AQUA - Right now listening to Barbie Girl. "I'm a Barbie Girl, in a Barbie World. Life in plastic. It's fantastic. You can brush my hair, undress me anywhere, imagination, life is your creation..." Haha!!!
